About Ardnahinch Beach

Ardnahinch Beach is located near Shanagarry in Co Cork in a wide bay with views to Ballycotton and the Island lighthouse. During low tide it is an expansive beach, however at high tide there is only a thin strip of sand. Public access is recorded, although the final approach and usable shoreline can still change with tide, weather and local conditions. Do not assume parking, toilets or lifeguard cover; check tide, weather, water conditions and current local notices before entering the water.
