Glasheen Beach is a small sandy cove on the Shannon Estuary near Doonaha. Visitors most often describe a quiet beach with views across to the Kerry mountains, but also note rocks, seaweed and water that can deepen quickly as the tide comes in. A camping park lies roughly 650 metres away; its Google listing currently says it may be closed, so confirm directly before relying on it. No lifeguard service or beach facilities were verified.
