Tiny tidal cove on the south shore of Garinish Island
This tiny sand-and-rock pocket lies on the south shore of Ilnacullin–Garinish Island in Glengarriff Harbour. The island is an OPW heritage garden reached by ferry from Glengarriff and operates seasonally with visitor facilities. The cove itself is not promoted as a bathing beach or an official access point, so visitors should remain on permitted paths and not assume the shore can be entered.
