The place

About Curracloe Beach

Curracloe is a rural peaceful fine-sand beach with a relatively gentle slope. The sand type is soft and windblown and often covers the wooden walkways. The long mapped Curracloe geometry is consolidated here, while Ballinesker and Culleton’s Gap remain separately named access sections. Public access is recorded, but the usable shore and final approach can still change with tide, weather and local conditions. Official information lists parking and toilets; check current availability and local notices before relying on them.
