About Clare Island Beach

Clare Island Beach extends from the old pier on the south side of the beach to the stony shoreline on the northern end adjacent to the Community Centre. There are submerged rocks at the northern end of the beach. The setting requires boat access; confirm permission, landing conditions, weather, tide and a safe return plan before travelling. Official information lists parking and toilets; check current availability and local notices before relying on them.
