About Aillebrack (Silverhill) Beach

Aillebrack/Silverhill is a beautiful sandy beach located on the Ballyconneely Peninsula in County Galway. The beach is located approximately 5 km west of the village of Ballyconneely and is accessed by a local road L1106. Public access is recorded, but the usable shore and final approach can still change with tide, weather and local conditions. Treat it as an unserviced natural shore: do not assume parking, toilets or lifeguard cover, and check tide, weather and sea conditions before entering the water.
