The place

About Tráigh na Mona Beach

Tragumna beach is a relatively gently sloping, sandy, south/south-west facing beach located at the north east of Tragumna Bay. There is a small island (Drishane Island) located in the bay which shelters the beach. Public access is recorded, although the final approach and usable shoreline can still change with tide, weather and local conditions. The official beach information lists parking, toilets and seasonal lifeguard provision; check current opening, staffing and beach notices before relying on them.
